Now that you have identified the device plug it back in. right click unknown device, update driver software, browse my computer for driver, Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer, select sound video and games controllers, click next, click Have Disk, point to NET_2860_x64.inf in the 310-ce 64bit NETX64 DRV for 64bit installation.
For 32bit point to NET_2860.inf in 310-ce-xp NET310d_emp_drv

Then to install the capture button go in to 310-ce 64bit NETX64 VGP64bit and copy service3.exe to C:windowssyswow64
(for 32bit installs paste in to System32)
Then in the same folder run installvirtgp.exe Step 1 & 2 uninstall (to make it a clean install) then step 1 & 2 install
verify polling interval 10

Last step change the settings in eaglesoft x-ray tab, video option, (drop down menu) he believes it is windows media NOT video for windows (that will crash it) in second dropdown menu select usb video grabber.
