Manual Transfer Switch For Generator

Non-Powered (or Manual) Transfer Cars provide a manual method of moving loads between parallel conveyor lanes. They are a convenient method to move product between multiple lines, or to offset a line. Need to sort something to a different lane, or change lanes? Transfer cars are a perfect tool to re-route your product without removing it from the conveyor. This increases productivity as well as reduces the risk of workplace injuries due to lifting.
Transfer cars can either be confined to a track with definitive end stops to locate position, or be fitted with swivel and rigid casters for a free moving method of transporting unit loads. Powered Transfer Cars fulfill the same process, but they are provided with a powered conveying system.
This document provides the basics on the different models of transfer cars. Each transfer car type has a convenient PDF schematic for download.

TC1916 – Transfer Car with 1.90″ Diameter 16 ga. Rollers
Model TC1916 medium duty manual transfer car allow product to be moved from one lane to another parallel lane within a system. These units are fixed to a set of tracks which facilitate easy movement and positioning in front on the lanes to be loaded or unloaded from the car.
